Just catching up...

Seems this is always the theme of my blog....catching up. We have been busy lately, but not with anything worth blogging about. Mostly football, of course. We are all doing great and enjoying Fall Break this week. On the baby front... things are going well. I can't believe we only have about 5 weeks left till her due date. We are almost completely done with the nursery and I will post some pics of that when I am finished sometime this week. We took the boys to our appointment this morning because they wanted to hear her heartbeat. They enjoyed that, Sam said it sounded like she was swinging a rope around in there : )... it feels that way at times!!! She seems to be a little bit bigger than expected, so I will be going for another ultrasound in a couple of weeks to check her size. Other than that things are going along normally. We had a 4-D ultrasound a couple of weeks ago, but I haven't been able to get my scanner to work to put the picture on here. It is really amazing how much you can tell about what she will look like!! We can't wait to see her " in person"!!!

This past Saturday we went to see my brother Carson play football . He is playing for Cumberland University this year. This is the first game we have been able to go to because 1) they have all been away and 2) they always interfere with John John's games. We had a great time watching Carson play and look forward to going to many more games in the years to come. John John was so excited to watch him play and was very proud to wear his uniform since he and Carson share the same jersey number. He has always loved to watch Carson play football. When Carson played in high school he had a "Go Uncle Carson" shirt that he wore to all his games!! Here are a couple of pictures from the game. Don't strain your neck....
