Well, we had a great Christmas. Of course that seems like ages ago now! The boys got way more stuff than any 2 kids should own in a lifetime!!! Favorites were probably John's "Black Pearl Pirate Ship" and Sam's Capt.Jack. Sam really wasn't interested in much of his stuff. He wanted all of John's stuff. The boys were a lot of fun this year! We started our Christmas on the Saturday before Christmas with John's sister and her family from Alabama. John and Sam love spending time with their cousins. I took Taylor and Gracie to Libby Lu's on Saturday for their Christmas present.The girls enjoyed being pampered like princesses and then we went to lunch. I enjoyed spending time with them!!That night we all went to the ICE ! exhibit at Opryland. It was really neat!! I will try to download some pics of it.Then Sunday we got together with them to exchange gifts. The next Saturday we celebrated with The Jordan's. Each year we have it at my Aunt Helen's in Dickson. It is always so much fun to be with my dad's BIG family. From there we went to my sister Kelley's house to celebrate with my Dad,step-mom, and brother. On Christmas Eve we celebrated with my Mom's family,the Castleman's. It was great that NaNa was able to be with us for a little while that night!! We tracked Santa on Norad and had to rush home when he was getting close. The boys went right to bed after leaving Santa cookies and milk and scattering cookie crumbs in the yard for the reindeer. Christmas morning they actually slept in.(until 7:30!!!) They spent some time playing with their toys and then we headed to my mom's for Christmas Morning breakfast!! Christmas afternoon we spent with John's family!! By the end of the day we were all spent!! We spent the whole next day in our PJs!!
My mom took all the grandkids to see Charlotte's Web. It was such a good movie!! You should see it!!
We spent New Years Eve with friends playing games and just hanging out!! We had a great time and almost missed ringing in the new year, because we were too busy playing Apples to Apples!
It has been good to get back to normal this week and have the boys go back to school!!
I have read several blogs on New Years Resolutions so I may as well throw out my goals for the New Year!!
1) Continue to lose weight!
2) Run in the Half Marathon. (If you need me in the next 3 months or so, I will be a the Y!!)
3)Organize
4)Work on the house. We have lots of projects planned!!!
oh and to update the blog more often!!!

Okay girl I'm trying to do the 1/2 marathon too - what are we thinking????
Jamie-I'm not sure!!! The rules say you can walk it if you can finish it in 7 hours--surely I can at least do that!!!!
Ashley this is ur brother and ur mother and we say you need to update this site because this is getting out of hand. Thanks love mommy and bubba!! :)
