Flat Stanley...actually Flat John, came home with John from Kindergarten today. If you have never heard of Flat Stanley, let me fill you in. Flat Stanley is a story about a boy who gets flattened by a bulletin board, but who gets excited because now he can travel around the world throught the mail. We are supposed to send our Flat John on different adventures and then he will be returned to the school by April 28th. If you are going on any exciting trips between now nad then and would like to take Flat John along, please let me know. He would love to go along and we promise he won't be a bother!!!! Another Visitor...

I love Flat Stanley! (or John). Elijah and I had the best time with "Flat Grace" a few years ago. She really enjoyed visiting the state capital and all of the surrounding attractions in downtown Nashville. The scrapbook we sent back to the school was a big hit especially since "Flat Grace's" mommy teaches at the same school. The only trip we have planned is to Knoxville. If "Flat John" wants to have his picture made in Knoxville just let us know. We would be glad to take him!
I'm not going anywhere fun but Flat John can go with me to work and we can take some scenic pictures on the roof of downtown Nashville.

Flat John just missed a trip to Key Largo - shoot! He could've had layovers in Charlotte and then in Atlanta. On the 30th, Jeff and I are going to Scottsdale, AZ. He is welcome to come along. I can't think of anyone who is going out of the country but I'll keep thinking and, if I do, I'll let you know.

Our nephew sent Flat Stanley to us and we took him down town and walked around and took pictures of him in front of some Nashville stuff. So maybe you could mail him to someone.
Man--I wish Flat John could be turned in later than the 28th of April. The middle of May we are going to Niagra Falls and to a Yankees game. I would have loved to taken Flat John. I don't have any other trips planned other than that.
Flat John can go to Vera Cruz, Mexico. We leave April 12th & return April 19th for our medical/dental mission trip. I'd love to take him along. :0)
Just shoot me a comment if you get him back, and want me to take him. I think it will be really neat. I hope he gets back in time :0)
