Happy Birthday Sam!!!

I can't believe that Sam is 4 today!! Several of my friends have shared their kids "birth stories" on their blog on their birthdays, so I thought I would do the same. Sam's isn't as exciting as some. I had high blood pressure throughout my pregnancy and for the last few weeks I was going to the doctor and to have an ultrasound every other day!!! I joke and say that we have more pictures of Sam before he was born than we do after!! I was scheduled for an induction on November 6th, 2003. We arrived at the hospital as scheduled and the fun began. Sam's labor went much better than John's and took only have the time.When it was finally time for Sam to be born, my doctor let John deliver him! He said that next time we should be able to do it at home! Sam weighed 7 # 10 oz and was 21 inches long. He was the BEST baby ever. He slept through the night from the very first day we were at home. He would go to sleep at 7:00p and sleep until 7:00a. He still LOVES his sleep!! He is such a silly boy. He keeps us all laughing with his silly faces and the things he says. Just yesterday when I got home from work I noticed a scratch on his head, when I asked him where he got it, he said "maybe when Jesus was putting me together he put it there!!" HE is definitely going to give us a run for our money!!
